Rental Policies:
At the time of the vehicle rental, you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement that may include any additional policies or details. To rent a vehicle from Gilbert & Baugh Ford, you must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and have a valid major credit card. Any listed drivers must also have full coverage insurance that transfers to rental coverage.
Reservation Policy:
Reservations may be made in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled pick up.
Fuel Policy:
All Gilbert & Baugh Ford rental vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, there will be a refueling charge added to your rental bill. Current refueling rates are posted in the rental office.
One-Way Rental Policy:
One-way rentals are not available.
Mileage Limitations:
We include 500 free miles per 24hr day or 2000 free miles with a one week rental on all models except the Expedition and 15 passenger Van, which include 300 free miles per 24hr day, and 1500 free miles with a one week rental. ALL additional miles are charged at .20/mile.
