VO: Did you know that when you download FordPass to your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play, all the tools you’ll need to manage your vehicle will be in the palm of your hand? VO: Let me explain. VO: First, if your vehicle is equipped with FordPass Connect, you can use the FordPass app to remote start your vehicle’s engine and climate control system, and lock and unlock its doors with the touch of a finger. VO: You’ll also have access to specific vehicle information like fuel level and tire pressure readings… VO: oil life… VO: and your vehicle’s location via GPS. VO: For those without a FordPass-connected vehicle… VO: there’s plenty of other useful features that the app provides. VO: Under “Vehicle Details”, all your vehicle’s information is stored in one spot, which makes keeping up with regular maintenance simple. VO: And once a preferred dealer is selected, you can view their contact information, and schedule service appointments. VO: From here you can view directions, and a list of hours and services. VO: ALSO, if there’s ever a recall for your vehicle, you’ll receive an alert with details, and the option to schedule service. VO: The FordPass app can also help you locate fuel stations, available parking, and more. VO: For instance, when you press “Find”, and then the “fuel” icon… VO: the app will display nearby fueling options. VO: Or, if you press the “parking” icon VO: the app will search for parking lots and garages along your route. VO: You can sort by location… VO: price, distance, or rating… VO: and pay right from your phone. VO: Next, under “Guides,” you’ll find access to live chat, calling, and self-help options to assist with mobility services. VO: Under “Account”, you’ll find additional features like… VO: “Wallet”– which makes it easy and secure to store credit cards for payments… VO: “Ford Credit” – which enables you to manage your account, view statements, and pay bills… VO: and the “Message Center” – which displays important timely notifications and service needs. VO: And finally, if you experience vehicle trouble, you can simply touch this icon for the option to connect directly with Roadside Assistance. VO: Any questions?
